Before sending us anything we suggest you contact us to outline the problem via email or by calling us directly. We will need the MAKE / MODEL and YEAR of the vehicle and if possible any DTCs ( Diagnostic Trouble Codes) if available.
When sending us any ECU for repair, we strongly suggest you use Royal Mail Special Delivery and please bubble wrap or adequately protect the unit.
